Solow Sports Holiday Shopping Spree Contest Terms and Conditions

ELIGIBILITY: The “Solow Sports Holiday Shopping Spree Contest” (“Contest”) is open to legal U.S. residents only, ages 13 and older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.  Employees of Solow Sports (“Sponsor”) and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: Entrants may begin submitting entries on October 31st, 2009 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”). All entries must be submitted by December 15th, 2009 at 11:59PM ET, at which the contest form will be taken offline.  Fill out the required fields on the form at http://www.solowsports.com/blog/holiday. Upon submittal of the entry form, an email will be sent within 24 hours to the entrant’s and/or parent or legal guardian’s email address provided to confirm his or her entry or the child’s entry to the contest. Email addresses will be collected only for the purpose of administering this Contest, unless the contestant chooses to opt-in to Sponsor’s mailing list. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address.  Online entrants must be the authorized account holder (or the parent or legal guardian of a minor entrant) of the email account from and for which the entry is made. By entering this Contest, entrants and the parent or legal guardian of entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

POINTS: Entrants may increase their chances of winning by earning points throughout the contest.  Points may be earned by the following methods:
• Submitting the contest form: 1 point
• Answering tennis preference questions: 1 point each
• Correctly answering trivia questions: 2 points each
• Opt-in to Sponsor’s email list: 2 points
• Tweeting the contest url on Twitter: 1 point each tweet
• Tweeting @solowsports on Twitter: 1 point each tweet
• Posting a video on YouTube with the contest URL in the description: 10 points each video
• Submitting a video response to videos on Solowsports or TheTennisStore Youtube videos: 1 point each response
• Commenting on Solowsports or TheTennisStore Youtube Channel videos: 1 point per comment
• Subscribing to TheTennisStore Youtube Channel: 1 point
• Commenting on the Solow Sports Wordpress blog: 1 point per comment
• Sharing your unique URL: 1 point per click
 
PRIZES: One grand prize winner will receive one (1) $250.00 Solow Sports gift certificate subject to terms and conditions stated on gift certificate.  Two runner ups will each receive one (1) $50.00 Solow Sports gift certificate subject to terms and conditions stated on gift certificate.  The entrant who earns the most points in the contest will receive a bonus $25 Solow Sports gift certificate subject to terms and conditions stated on gift certificate.  Approximate retail value of all prizes is: $375.00. Reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Any difference between the actual value of a prize and the approximated prize value as stated in these rules will not be awarded.

WINNERS will be announced on http://www.solowsports.com/blog on or about December 17th, 2009. Limit of one prize per person. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitution for prize, unless at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
